Who we are

Autonomy is operated by Social Media Spire, Jefferson City, Tennessee. Contact: autonomy.support@gmail.com.

Students don't need an account

Students can use Autonomy without creating an account or giving us their name, email or any other personal information. Lesson progress, quiz answers and robot settings are saved only in the browser on the student's own device.

Purchases

Purchases are made by a parent, guardian or coach through Stripe. Stripe collects the buyer's email address and payment details and shares the email and purchase record with us so we can unlock the course and restore it on other devices. We never see or store full card numbers. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Coach (AI helper)

When a student asks Coach a question or uses "Say it, get code", the text they type, the lesson they are on and their robot settings from the config builder are sent to our server and to Anthropic, which provides the AI model, to produce an answer. We don't attach a name to these requests. We ask students not to type personal information into Coach. We don't keep a copy of Coach questions or answers on our server. Usage limits

To keep Coach running for everyone, our server counts how many Coach questions each purchase makes per day. This count is tied to the purchase, not to a student's identity, and contains no personal information.

Children's privacy

Autonomy is designed for students, including children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact autonomy.support@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can clear a student's progress at any time by clearing this site's data in the browser. To ask about or delete purchase records, email autonomy.support@gmail.com.
